    Partner yoga is a fun and challenging way to begin or deepen a yoga practice. This partner yoga workshop will move through a series of poses, learning how to support and assist each other. We will stretch, strengthen, breath, and balance in pairs. The support of a partner assists the beginner in connecting with the whole body while in the pose and allows experienced practitioners to deepen poses with balanced adjustments.


    No previous yoga experience necessary,
    come with or without a partner,
    ready for a curious and playful approach
    to partner yoga!
