- Wear comfortable clothing that allows for a full range of movement. No socks or shoes are worn in class.
- Avoid large meals two hours before class. Your stomach should be neither full nor empty.
- Bring a yoga mat. For new students, there are a few to borrow. However, for your own hygiene, it is recommended that you have your own mat.
- Parking - Please park on the left (north) side of the parking lot against the fence or park directly facing the building. If all spaces are taken, please find parking on the street. Please do not park on the right (south) side of the parking lot facing the church.
- Yoga is non-competitive. Relax and have fun!.
