Gentle Vinyasa Yoga

Revitalize your body, relax your mind, and reduce stress with slow, gentle standing and floor asanas (poses) to increase your strength and flexibility, and improve breath capacity. Ideal for beginners of any age or physical condition or experienced students who want a slower-paced, less strenuous class. This class is also appropriate for Prenatal clients.
Level: Beginner/All Levels



Vinyasa Lunch Flow Yoga

Vinyasa Yoga is a joyful form of yoga weaving principles of alignment with graceful, energetic movement. Movements are coordinated with the breath and props may be used for modifications.

Hatha Yoga

Hatha Yoga will stretch, relax, and move the body in a gentle way. Working together with breath and movement, you will receive great benefits from each posture.  

Tai Chi
An art embracing the mind, body, and spirit – Originating in ancient China, tai chi is an effective exercise for the health of mind and body. Using your own body to improve mobility and balance.  

Science Of Stretching

Science Of Stretching™ is a targeted mobility training method that helps greatly with stiff backs, locked up hips, and tight hamstrings.  This work typically begins to deliver results in flexibility fairly quickly.  It is based on learning to relax through a special breathing technique that relaxes our nervous systems and through holding the stretches for extended periods, known as “time under passive tension.”   People of all ages and abilities will find benefit.
