All of the teachers are experienced to work with all levels and abilities.  

Gentle Vinyasa Yoga

Revitalize your body, relax your mind, and reduce stress with slow, gentle standing and floor asanas (poses) to increase your strength and flexibility, and improve breath capacity. Ideal for beginners of any age or physical condition or experienced students who want a slower paced, less strenuous class. This class is also appropriate for Prenatal clients.
Level: Beginner/All Levels

 

 

Vinyasa Flow Yoga

Vinyasa Yoga is a joyful form of yoga weaving principles of alignment with graceful, energetic movement. Movements are coordinated with the breath and props may be used for modifications.

Hatha Yoga

Hatha Yoga will stretch, relax, and move the body in a gentle way. Working together with breath and movement, you will receive great benefit from each posture.  

 

LunchYoga

Lunch is a great time to get your yoga class in, re-fresh and go! Join us and keep your body moving. Detox flows that ignite the digestive fire, twists and deep relaxation help you keep the day fresh and alive. 

Qigong

is an ancient Chinese movement art that combines body posture, breathing, and meditation to relax the mind and relieve stress and other maladies associated with our speedy world. Movements can be done by people of all ages and healthiness.  Classes will be lead by Donna Williams, who has studied movement and meditation for over 40 years.

Tai Chi

An art embracing the mind, body and spirit – Originating in ancient China, tai chi is an effective exercise for health of mind and body. Using your own body to improve mobility, and balance.
